* Open and edit the page [[CCU:Projects]].
* Append your project to the list of open projects (using the same format). Make sure to give it a unique and somewhat self-explanatory name.* Note: I suggest getting used to the "edit source" functionality instead of the rich text editor, as this makes it easier to see what exactly you are doing.
* Save your changes, the new project should appear in red (because the page does not yet exist).
== Step 2: editing project information ==
* (optional): Open the template project in another window and copy the content.
* Edit your project page using the guidance and suggestions given in the template project.
* You can come back and make changes as often as you like.
== Step 3: (optional) ==
* Once you are satisfied, e-mail a link to your project to PIs/students who might be interested and could contribute.
