→Step 2: wait until you get a password reset e-Mail
Once I have created your account (which might take 1-2 days if I am very busy or traveling), you should obtain a password reset mail. Click the link, set your password, and you should be able to use the services.
In case that the password reset link has expired, you can request a new one on the [https://ccu.uni-konstanz.de:5000 7000 account management page].
If a few days have passed and/or you believe something went wrong, write another email and ask what happened.
